hi all could anybody tell me what might be the problem with this bike it is a dt125r and the water keeps going to back to the header tank and out of the overflow in other words it pressurizing the header tank when i block the overflow pipe it blows the cap off i think it might be the headgaskit but just checkin thanks all

To some extent that's supposed to happen, are you continually topping it up?
If it isn't getting too hot just leave it alone and it should achieve a balance.

not to the extent that it empties the rad the header tank is the as a top up not an emptier

Sounds like it might be a head gasket

With the bike cold, take the rad cap off and see if you get water pressured out on startup .. if you do, head gasket time ...
