Well I haven't posted for quite a while but..............

Well I've decided the GSXR has to go.

Picture of it is here.

https://www.scratchersparadise.co.uk/Album/gsxr.JPG

Now it really has to go. If anyones interested please let me know. not quite sure what price to give and was wodering what people would pay.

GSXR750K Fitted with a Vance and Hines supersport exhaust system although I still have the original stainless steel exhaust that goes with it.

G reg 1990 (16000 miles).
K&N stage 1 jets and filter.
Dyno and setup by H&M Racing.
110bhp at rear wheel.
Full Dreammachine Lucky Strike Paintjob.
Not been on road for approx 3 years but has been in Garage. No MOT or Tax but before it was put away it had a full service.
New Battery and starts although the carbs need a good clean and tune. Petrol sitting must have gummed up carbs.
Slow punture on rear tyre.
Rear brake needs a good clean and new fluid.
Missing near side front mirror due to father dropping the damn thing on its side.
I have been completely honest above and will accept the best offer.

Please forward this to anyone you wish.

Would make superb track bike project.

Thanks
James.

Thats my point Kev, I'm really wondering how much I should ask. I need to sell it but am not sure of a fair or reasonable price. Any ideas? What would you pay for it?

IF I remember from lasting time, I doubt you're going to get what you're hoping for.

I'd try at around £2k, maybe a tad over.
You do occasioanlly see people advertising the old style ones at £2.5k+, but when you can get a SRAD for that or less, you're going to have to find some one that /really/ wants your bike.

I was thinking £1595 or nearest offer.

Reckon that's reasonable and should sell moderately quickly (well not the months some people's have taken to sell).

To be honest I reckon most of the one's up for over £2k won't sell, though people still try.
