Been after a Bandit for years, just love the retro styling and simplicity of them so finally got one as my first 'big bike' ( though its actually smaller than my 125 )
Just had it's carbs rebalanced and features a few extras (Belly pan, hugger and heated grips) but still a few little marks and scuffs along with a new crank gasket (somebody must've dropped the thing doh!). Runs fine but still needs a little bit of attention and work then once the 125's sold I can get it on the road ( ven if it will be only half its original power output ) ____________________ Current: 02 FZS 1000 & 51 Moto Guzzi California Some Bike Pics...

Congrats on the new bike , looks good.
One thing though, the brake lever will fail the MOT, it needs a blob on it to stop it impaling pedestrians. As far as I am aware a ball of duct tape on the end for the MOT will do the trick. |

Aye thanks man, I know the lever would fail an MOT but already got one on the way from fleabay and as a nice plus just recieved MOT certificate till next January from prev owner.
Brake calipers are all dragging and rear pistons seem to be seized so be a little while till I get a go of it more pics will follow once I got it back together and somewhere abit more scenic to show it off in all of its (rusty) glory. ____________________ Current: 02 FZS 1000 & 51 Moto Guzzi California Some Bike Pics...
