hey guys I'm new on here, I have a problem with my hyosung GT, my rear cylinder blew on it so i bought another engine which came out of a '55 plate GT125 as mine is a '56 GT125r. I took out my engine and replaced it with the new one, fitted everything back into place but have a problem getting fuel to the engine. When I twist the throttle fuel squirts into my carbs but being a vacuum fuel pump, the engine should create a vacuum to suck the diafram on the bottom of my tank down to allow fuel from the engine to my fuel filter etc etc, but there is no suction from the engine and I don't know how to create it can anyone help me out please as this is the only thing I need to get my bike started again, cheers Mat

There will be a nipple somewhere usually on the intake rubbers possibly on the carb that you connect the rubber hose to the connects to the petcock, though you should be able to use prime just to get it running.

should have pipe on carb going to tank for fuel. As far as I remember with my 08 plate there was one hose.
The carb was fed by 1 tube and the other tube on carb went to nowhere Laughing
