It says the generator casing is holed. You would need to check how long it was running with no oil, on it's side.

He really seems to be pushing it down the parts route so be a little wary. Don't forget that you are buying it on a very brief description. You will need to spend money on a casing and oil / filter and the engine will need a good flush out and inspection in case of any debris from the road or broken casing have got in there.
