TSX 125 watercooled, Is it a quick/powerful engine or a bit crappy?

Ok TS250 or XS250?
To stick in a crosser frame.
Which would you go with?

The XS250 engine is probably about equal in power output to a full power TS yet weighs several metric tons. Which TS250? Not that any of them are that good.
