Bryans Motorcycle Training in Stoke-on-Trent has come up with an interesting twist regarding rider development. They've teamed up with Craig Jones (the famous stunt rider) to put together a three hour riding skills academy. The package includes a one-hour Enhanced Rider Scheme ride assessment with a professional advanced trainer, a one hour closed-course off-road session with Craig Jones and a one hour theory workshop.

They're doing this for only £39 but if you live in Staffs the county kicks in £9. It's a massive bargain and well worth it just for the Craig Jones bit alone. For all those who doubt their slow-speed and U-turn skills it's quite amazing what a confidence booster the session with Craig is. It's the kind of stuff they couldn't teach you at the CBT or DAS levels but they're just the kind of skills you can use every day.

They're running one of these skills academy courses a month with a maximum of 36 riders per day. The next one is scheduled for 10 July. Bryans are located at Britannia Stadium.

Cheers

Hi, a friend has done this, he said it was great to do for £30.

Is it weekends or weekdays only?

For the moment it seems there are only three more scheduled for this year. Saturday, 10 July - Saturday, 4 September - Saturday, 9 October.
