Hey Guys,

Went to pick up my 2003 Suzuki GX125 yesterday and had about 30 miles of A roads, I was impressed, getting to 50 quick then pulling on through upto 60 on the ring roads, however, when at 60 the revs sit at 8-9k and will not move even when down hill, the bike is defying gravity!

I realised the bike mechanically cant be restricted, however, after reading about CDI restriction I feel this could be its restraint, I know that people have gotten 65-70 on these bikes and it feels like its aching to pull more.

The question is, what kind or model of CDI can I replace in my bike so that it is somewhat unrestricted with Revs?

Thanks

Mate, it's a 4T 125. I'm surprised you've even got 60.

It won't be restricted.
