I'm sure we can make excuses for everything there with the excuse of 'law and order' but there is no reason for the thug to punch the other dude in the lower back (kidneys?) when he is slammed against a wall not struggling.

Haha! Crazy I know, not really sure how they would justify that, or even if anyone cares?

Reading the description says they killed innocent people so maybe thats why..

I don't see the problem either. It was just an unlucky coincidence for the drivers of the first car. But when you're dealing with suspected murderers you don't ask them nicely to get out of the car with their hands on their heads.
