I don't know what the problem is.....

I wanted to find out how many thousands of pounds it would be to insure my new bike.
I had to tell one little lie to get an idea of prices.... I had to say I've held my bike license for a couple of weeks already.

Everything else was accurate for these quotes (apart from the bike value, I said that was £800).

I suspect a lot of it is insurers taking the piss with cheeky renewal quotes, carol nash tried to stack over 30% more on mine, starting a new policy on the website got me a much more sensible deal.

Oh and my cheapest offer on confused.com for the XJR was 59 quid last time round Wink

£60 a year tpo for 2002 intruder 125
£93 a year fc for 1994 xj600 diversion, 1 year no claims, 2-4 weeks of having a full license, stored in my garage, no security, no extra security, 8000 miles a year etc etc

Although looking down the list if I paid £163 that would include breakdown cover, legal protection, something else and clothing and helmet cover. Whereas if I was to get all that guff on the £93 a year policy it would cost an extra £145 on top.

Oh and in an earlier post I posted pics of the bike, and that I paid £175 for it (and had it running in less than a day). *looks smug as fuck*

Oh and it had been owned by at least 2 ladies, and had 7500 miles on the clock *still looks smug*
