Hi guys,

I need some help! My GSXR400 is now fully serviced and ready for the summer season. That was untill i filled it up with petrol earlier, and i saw it gushing out of the carbs overflow. The fuel tap seems to be broken and petrol freely flows out. It never had an "OFF" setting (just "ON", "PRT" and "RESERVE" settings) but i have never had this problem before no matter which setting it was on.

Does anyone know where i can get a replecement? Or if a fuel tap from another suzuki bike would fit, e.g. a bandit?

Its a 1990 suzuki GSXR400 RL (GK76A i think), with a dual feed, vacuum feed fuel tap with a triangular end-plate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Regards, gsxrfraser.

Gsxr750/1100 slingshot tap may fit.

If you are desperate you can buy inline taps for a few quid on fleabay.
