Hi everyone

I'm new to bikes and this forum and in need of some guidance.
I've just purchased a rebuilt Aprilia RS 125 2000 plate. All is well apart from I run out of fuel when the tap is on the "on " position. If I put it over to reserve it runs fine. There is enough fuel in the tank.

I'm going to have a look at the tap and pipes this weekend, could it have been put on wrong on the rebuild?

Thanks
Simon

Take the tap off and give it a clean, especially the fuel filter.

Its possible something has blocked it up.

That'd explain why the fuel doesn't run when in the "ON" position then. "Res" must have been mistaken for "Prime". Smile

There is no prime...

On Off and Res, you can disconnect all pipe and it wont drip fuel...so its vacuum tap.. but has no prime Laughing
