just take the top end off of it and see what / if any damage has occured.
you might just need to free it off if it heat seized and you had a lucky escape ( thats happened to me on a suzuki ts50 ) ... worse case scenario is a seized bottom end / crankshaft bearings - but just a bigger job. all parts are replaceable so it doesnt mean a complete new engine.
