Well, according to the powers that be in that shed in Swansea... i didnt send a V5 off for a bike on the 13/08/2009.

Im due in court on the 16/08/2011 to state my case, probably get handed a fine and shafted for life Laughing

Where do I actually stand with this? I posted it off and the same day I registered a GS500 and a Rover 75 in my name with the money I sold my bike for.

I definitely sent it off, post box on my parents road, I remember heading there with the other half at the time on the back of the GS500 as she really (didnt) want to sit on the back Laughing

Im aware you re meant to receive a letter stating they have been told you are no longer the owner etc... but im not really waiting for that...especially waiting for 2 logbooks. Rolling Eyes

Any ideas on what the hell to do, never had to stand up in court n this crap Mr. Green

Nah, sold my bike to a guy up the road, then got train to Broadstairs (30 miles) and filled in new V5 there and he posted after we got tax.
When I got home, sent the GT125 logbook off (the one that never arrived..)
Car was bought from brother who posted it from work next day.
