I want to know if its possible to install an electric start and and starter motor to this bike??

I don't know details about that the exact model. For MOST kickstart bikes, it's very difficult and expensive to convert to electric start - there are a few exceptions where the bike was sold in an electric start version. For a very few popular bikes which can be hard to kick like the XR650, you can get an electric start conversion kit - expensive, but if you're competing in the baja 1000, makes sense.

The LS125 really shouldn't be hard to start with a kickstarter. If it is, it might be worth looking in to why - perhaps you need get it setup properly, or learn a better technique?
