help with Yamaha RD50

hi i have an rd50, D reg and i have put a 70cc big bore kit on, a gannelli race exhaust, a KnN air filter, iridium plug, competition plug cap, up rated sprockets 14t front and 48t rear but I dont know what to do about the carb as some people have told me to up jet and some have said to put a bigger carb on. What should I do and what size carb or jets.
This bike is my project to see what I can do to a bike before i jump on a bigger bike so any other advice would be very appreciated
