Honda Deauville Sat-Nav plug?

As some of you will know I recently purchased a Honda NT650.

The bike has a cigarette lighter socket on it which I assumed was already wired up, but tonight I took off the wee compartment bit and there was nothing underneath - no wires attatching it to anything....

Does anyone know what I need to wire it up to?

The back of the socket has 2 prongs on it and looks like it should just plug into something but I dont know what.

The compartment is about the size of a battery, but dont know if 1 should go in there.

Any ideas?
