My RS 125 passed its mot first time and I've been riding it a little bit but all's not perfect. The engine sometimes cuts out whilst riding. This happened today and I switched from main to reserve on my fuel and it got me home. I thought it might have been because its low on fuel in the main tank, so I was gonna go to the station to get fuel and my bike started and then i out it into 1st to ride away and it cut out, and i couldnt get it started again for a few hours even with applying the choke. When I was riding earlier though, I let the engine turn over for 15 mins before riding it and managed to ride a couple of miles. Is this normal for an engine that hasnt done any miles since rebuild? do i need to leave it warm up before riding away?
