Hi Guys,
Soon to fit new pistons seals and dust seals in my caliper. I'll need to bleed the brake fluid out and put some fresh fluid in.
I've searched for brake bleeding hose but not sure which one will fit in. Don't really want to order the wrong one/size.
Can I anyone recommend one for my Honda VT125 Shadow 2005 model?
Many thanks Smile

I used some spare marine/aquarium air hose to bleed the brakes on my bikes. Old skool style works a treat Thumbs Up

nip up to your local B&Q for for about a pound you'll get 2 metres(i think it was) of clear tubing.

B&Q was awful for me, either spend 20quid on 500m or nothing.

Local pet shop had the perfect size, clear tubing. 45p for a metre - winner winner chicken dinner.

Yep, that's likely to be the aquarium stuff - a perfect push fit for the bleed nipples whenever I've used it
(I've probably got a few feet of it in the garage specifically for bleeding brakes) Thumbs Up

Also get a big syringe while you're out so you can reverse bleed the brakes. Saves you loads of time.

For me it's just been some fresh DOT4 brake fluid, the aquarium tubing, a small ring spanner and a coffee jar
Job done

(...and if you were local I'd have been more than happy to do it in exchange for a beer Thumbs Up )

Yep! And a wee tap along the lines from the MC to the caliper to try to dislodge any bubbles. Also the cable tie around the lever overnight with the lid unscrewed but no off will help!
