Well unfortunately i came off the other day after going round a blind corner and being confronted with a road completely covered in spilled gravel. I escaped with only a few hairline fractures but the bike didn't get away so lightly.

To say it briefly the front end be f$ck£d

Both stanchions are bent at the bottom yoke and by the looks of it i need need yokes to.

My question is what's the best way to sort this? Everything looks fine apart from the stanchions but genuine parts cost £500 and there are none going second hand.

I can get yokes easy enough but if i got stanchions from another bike is it as simple as matching the diameter? Or am i just being think?

And if anyone knows of a direct swap (or near enough) please tell me, Ive read about the 636 swap but that involves changing the wheel and i don't really want to do that seeing as there's nothing wrong with mine.

If anyone knows of someone breaking a er6f and a way to source parts better than ebay and the likes please tell

Thanks for reading

Chris
