The chain on my supermoto, sounds and feels like it slips under acceleration, although my chain is tight, can anyone help me solve this?

Check your sprockets. It doesnt matter if your chain is tight if the sprockets are feckered. i.e. the teeth are worn. If they are worn (which is most likely cause) replace chain and sprockets as a set and keep on top of chain maintainance to prolong the new chain and sprockets life. I also wouldnt really want to be using my bike unitl i've sorted it as if the chain slips off it can do a lot of damage to either you or the bike. I once had a chain slip off and lock my back wheel up throwing me off. Luckily i was only doing 25mph on a 100cc so things werent as bad as they could have been.

More likely that the clutch is slipping rather than the chain. Chain slip is possible and will happen when the front sprocket has no teeth on it. It's unlikely on any half maintained bike though. Clutch slip can be removed by screwing in the adjuster on the clutch lever.

As above, chain slip would require your sprockets to be absolutely screwed.

Clutch slip however could be caused by a few things, most likely is badly adjusted clutch so try that first. Haven't stuck car oil in the engine or anything have you?

It's much worse than that, what you describe it's characteristic of "worn dogs" which means rebuilding your gearbox and that's never cheap. It should only be jumping in one gear if that is indeed the problem

It'll also get worse quickly until you have no drive in that one gear.

the sprockets are fine, i replaced them around one month ago. i think it may be the wheel out of line, causing the chain to not run smoothely over the rear sprocket. I will aline my wheel in the morning, and see if it is the cure, thanks for the help guys

He didn't say it was slipping out of gear, said it was slipping under acceleration. I took that to mean he pulls the throttle the revs increase but the bike isn't going very far, i.e. clutch.
