I've decided to part ex my old Diversion 900. It's been a good reliable comfortable tourer but I want something more modern now.
So this afternoon I went round to my local BMW dealer and had a good run round on a 1200RT. Very nice motor, handled nicely too.
Anyway I've signed on the dotted line for a brand new R1200R, Light grey metallic with all the toys (ABS, ASC, heated grips, luggage, alarm, low seat, etc etc). It'll be delivered at the end of august. Can't wait now.

So virtual drinks are on me.

Ah Clanger. I sympathise. I've had my SV650s (K2) for a month now and love it to bits. Getting some great rides in while the weather's half decent.
