Hi, I have a 1990 CG125 Brazil, she's a lovely old girl
https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/matt_att_att/P4160001_2.jpg
I got her "stolen recovered" and have given her a kind of custom restoration.
There was nothing connected to the sump breather when I got her so I just fitted a black pipe that runs vertically and then forward under the tank to the front of the bike.
On high revs she "vomits" oil all over herself and me.
Is this due to an over pressurised sump (piston seal problem?) or is it due to inadequate breather set up?
So my question is, does 1990 CG125 Brazil have a catch trap in the standard breather set up and would this solve my problem and save me having to strip down and potentially re bore the cylinder?
Many thanks |
