After having my 125 stolen and crashing my gixxer, I was left without transport. Gixxer is almost sorted however I still needed back up.I bought a 50cc Honda Vision 1993 and can I just say it's amazing!

I never thought I'd ride a moped but it's just so funny! Although I keep reaching for the clutch when stopping and trying to press the back brake with my foot, I'm really enjoying it.

Go ahead; laugh Smile I did! I think everyone should own a scooter, purely for the cheapness, convienience and amusement.

I love it Mr. Green

I had a Vision (off road only). Was hilarious on wet muddy tracks. Thing was immensely tough. I used to crash it four or five times a session and it never became unrideable.

Don't think I'd want to be on the road on one, though Shocked I had to spend a week on an Express once, but you could at least lean that round corners Laughing

Did you keep it as a backup for when the RXS broke down? Very Happy

I saw a vision 50 today for the first time in years. I think K9 shagged a C90 and the Vision was the offspring. Fugly little thing. I was amazed at how small they actually are.

No, I had it when I was 15, long before I got the RXS. Besides, the RXS doesn't break down Laughing Well, it might do soon, most bits of it are worn out now Shocked

The really tiny one was the Mini Vision, a downgraded version of the bells and whistles full bollocks model LOL

Shocked Laughing

Actually, I had two. Bought them off a mate of me dad's for a fiver - he just wanted them out of his yard. I got one running, just in time for my only other bike at the time to drop a valve and destroy the motor. Fuckin Superdreams Evil or Very Mad

So, I jumped on the running Express and rode it for a week. It had a basket and all sorts. Did 25mph flat out. I whipped the barrel off and enlarged the tiny exhaust port so that it was the size of a golf ball. Used to do about 40 after that Laughing

The second Express I never did get running. Swapped both tiddlers for blown KMX 125 motor, as I recall. Happy days Laughing

I did my CBT on a pink and white one. Typical that I had to ride past my mates while doing it, let's just say they took the piss a little bit.

As i haven't resurrected a thread before...

I'm getting a Vizzy. If i don't get it it's going in the bin, said my uncle.
Thought it would do for my daughter...She's turned her nose up and would rather go by bus/walk to college. Rolling Eyes
So i'll use it.
Might come in handy when fuel is a tenner a litre.
