I recently bought myself a pair of FOX comp 5 MX boots, I've only used them about 5 times, so was a bit suprised when I took them of on Sunday and the buckle fell to bits. This type of boot does get quite a bit of abuse so I gave FOX a call today to buy a new buckle and the nice lady at FOX is sending me a couple of new buckles and some new straps FOC

Well feck me sideways, that was quick. 2 straps, 2 buckles, 4 stap pass throughs, hand full of stickers and an air freshner. Not bad for a 10 minute phone call to get a part number  |

That reminds me, I need to get a new buckle for my Comp 5's as I noticed one was starting to break the other day.
Way to go Fox, a company that went out of its way to help out a customer
