Do you remember when Rupert Murdoch took football and other sports off the TV screens of hard working Joe public, then channelled it through a different media source namely Sky making himself loads of cash. Well I am sure you’ve heard the doods corrupt pervasive power has also been influencing governments recently, and he’s also been hacking people phones.
Sport is not even sport anymore as I understand the definition, it’s a business as a result of all the capitalistic cash which has flooded it.
