Unlucky. That seems really harsh, tbh. Did you pass any junctions while indicating?

Failed for not turning off your indicator?

Should be a minor at best.

Don't jump in saying he's lieing about his intentions to other road users and that he could cause a serious accident. Boll0cks. They should be watching his movements, not assuming them.

Press the cancel button when you first change gear after any manoeuvre. If you get into the habit you wont ever leave it on again.

I failed for the same thing, 0 minors up until that point.

Tons of traffic, middle of Newcastle, kids coming out of college, crossing the road and standing in the middle of the road because the footpath was full of kids queuing to get on a bus. This was on the approach to a roundabout, asked to turn left at the roundabout up the hill, slowed to a near stop wobbled towards to the kids, waited for them to merge off the road into the pavement with the rabble, car rushes out onto the roundabout at the last second, I stop and put foot down, take off again, turning left as asked, more kids stepping into the road from a traffic island as I come around the bend, they stop mid step and I continue, white van parked up in the road just ahead of me, shoulder check, continue on around him, pass a junction on the left completely oblivious to my indicator, continue to next roundabout and am asked to cancel it.

Received 0 minors, and 1 serious. I was fuming mad.

Unlucky mate,

I got in to the habit of pushing it off about 3 times once I'd turned etc and just randomly pressing it to make sure if I left it on, it would eventually be turned off.

My instructor keeps telling me "that button will cost you £200 if you forget it"

Test fee, bike hire, instructor for the duration of the test.....expensive.

Much the same as mirror signal manoeuvre on the way in, I "manoeuvre mirror signal" on the way out.

Got my Mod2 Thursday, I'm praying I don't cock it up!

I wasnt nervous no as id nearly finished the test and was nearly back at the test centre(100 yards away if that)
Id been indicating and as i straightened up round the corners id been switching it off all the way around lol, it was just this corner lol as i went round it i had to stop suddenly and it threw off my chain of thought lol Sad

Im quite confident on the bike but not to the point of being cocky, was nervous before the test but once i get into it i relax and enjoyed the ride, :

Unlucky mate, they should be able to change the marking system on the fly, under mitigating circumstances that should only be a minor. Alas, youll never forget.
