scooter started every day.except for today,starter turning engine over,not firing.remove spark plug put ht lead back on,good constant spark.put new plug in ,still would not fire.Here is the strange part,pull off the fuel line to carb,split little petrol,turn engine over to see if the fuel was coming out,bike started straight away.put fuel line back on,now starting as normal. Must be a pressure blockage,but where and why. thanks

There will be a vaccum fed valve on the base of the petrol tank, one line with petrol the other draws air from the carb. Check them for splits etc.
