Hi there

I have a 1994 Honda CG 125 I am looking at doing it up. To start with there is quite bad rust on the rims of the wheels, in places the chrome paint is worn away. Is it possible to get the wheels resprayed or would I be better off buying new ones?

They are chrome/silver colour, could you recommend a brand of spray? Also is it a spray lacquer I would use? Many thanks

There is so much CG stuff on Fleece-bay, it might be cheaper to get a good second hand pair.

If you are going to put lacquer on your bike make sure it is the petrol restistant one and not just ordinary lacquer Shocked .

I found out the hard way after my best efforts of spraying were destroyed in seconds when I spilt some petrol whilst re-fueling Sad

powder coat them or second hand pair. Itll be worth the cash.
