is this gonna be i a nightmare to replace im confident but i have never really tackled a job like this
but the bike is for free and i dont mind to throw a few pounds at this but still to a budget and i dont want to wish i had started this lol Embarassed Laughing
any help and tip would be great

I don't really know your ability but it's straightforward enough - brake calliper off, front wheel off, mud guard off, name badge off, undo the pinch bolts in the top and bottom yokes, slide forks out. Do it backwards to put the new ones in.

Handlebars - held on by a couple of brackets to the top yoke - easy to remove but you might want to take pictures of how all the switch gear/wiring/cables are routed. The fiddliest things will be reassembling all that lot - like getting the throttle cable back in the housing etc.
