boot polish

hi just cleaning my boots and i just put polish on my boots and leave them i use parade gloss because its all i use on my work boots

but should i use some type of wax or fook it polish is good

what do you use

i use my boots in all weather so keeping them water tite is important

The dirtier mine are the better, draws less attention to them being that distinctive shade of whore red, but after Googling, would this not do?
