The big click turned out ot be static vapor lock From the fuel pump after the wires melted. The starter brushes were the high point of my rehab. Hemos and alligator clips a must. I think Ill call my bike MOBY from the way it spit out the gas from the cylinders. Plus I found a good battery at the local scrap yard fore a buck (2 pence. for the people across the water). NOw no more push starting it. Shocked Thumbs Up Cool Dance!
