Unlike the Squid game, the Money Heist doesn't know when to end. Thumbs Up

I got 2 episodes in the other night, the english over dubbing is atrocious.

I'd suggest watching it in Spanish with subs, if you can manage it.

I'm on the fence about it, what I've watched so far was a bit meh.

I watched The silent sea recently too.

That was Ok, you have to suspend belief a bit with some of the science stuff but it's not terrible.

The english language version is watchable too, unlike squid game.

I've finished Archive 81 on Netflx. Well worth watching. Plenty of scope for a second season. If you like Rosemary's baby meets the X files type stuff it hits all the right cues.

I hear that the excellent Happy Valley (Sarah Lancashire cop show set in Yorkshire) is currently filming a new series.

As is also Unforgotten (Nicola Walker cop show, er, without Nicola Walker)

Thumbs Up

Grim brit tv, I'll give it a miss. There seems to be an unwritten rule that as soon as a British actress hits thirty they have to pull on the misery knickers.

Indeed it is. We have a leaflet asking if we want our house to be considered as a 'location'. Er' indoors has said 'yes' because apparently they re-model it to suit then put it back and re-decorate afterwards.

Not heard anything back and its been two weeks now, so not holding our breath....

Me neither.

There is precedent for our Nicola to appear, from beyond the grave, to assist her hapless former partner.

In River she regularly popped up for a chat despite having the back.of her head bashed in/missing!

I for one, would definitely like to see that again Wink

Watching Series 4 of The Sinner, a somewhat fractured Bill Pullman, strikingly vulnerable. I really like it.

Watching Fringe again. It's still great.

Joshua Jackson's best work, imho.

I also like Anna Torv. Embarassed

Travelers. Time Travelers from the future occupy the bodies of people at the point of death then work to save the future. Im only on episode two and its pretty good with an interesting twist on the time travel gendre. The only flaw so far is it has perhaps the most stupid social worker in history. This dips#it takes a yraveler who he thinks is a client back to live in his apartment.

Top Boy.

Netflix remake of a short series from 2011, gangs on a Hackney council estate. Excellent. Lots of grime and hip-hop. Little Simz Wub and several other rappers (apparently) ... It's surprisingly good.

Maniac https://m.imdb.com/title/tt5580146/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

Two people volunteer for a drug testing program. It all goes wierd very quickly, in fact it starts wierd. Its set in a kind of alternate parralel world with styling ques from seventies sci-fi like space 1999 etc. So computers have crt screens and consoles have big square lighty up buttons etc.

The Center Seat - 55 Years Of Star Trek
Watching on IMDb on Firestick

A pretty in depth history of Star Trek with lots of input from both actors and production staff.

Just binged 9 out of 11 episodes.

Outer Range 8/10

A Prime Video original. I flicked this on bored a few weeks back and nailed through the first season as it came out in double episodes every Friday.

Josh Brolin leads, he's an aging rancher out in the middle of fuck knows where in America. He finds something mysterious on the edge of his ranch and everything starts un-raveling for him.

Lot of madness in this, very intriguing and the season finale was wild.
