There's not enough love for Peaky Blinders in this thread.
It's simply the best thing the BBC have ever produced, unless someone can prove otherwise?

9/10

Dark Matter.

I like Firefly type sci fi and this I would put in the same genre although without so much humour.

Better than Killjoys although that is perfectly watchable) IMO.

Primeval. Thinking

Crap special effects.
Crap acting.
A couple of nice ladies.

I don't know why but I'm really enjoying it.

The anticlimax in the high castle? Watched season one. All built up to crap finale, couldn't be arsed when Season 2
came out. It was like being promised a shag during the date but just getting a peck on the cheek when the date was over.

I've started watching it as well, the second episode (series 1) was really good Laughing Fun fact the woman is Charlie Chaplin's granddaughter.

It's a bit like Dark Mirror just with more comedy (and less Sci-Fi). Not sure how I missed it as well, the title seems familiar but I saw it on Prime the other day.

Moved onto series 3 today, well they're only 6x 30min episodes Embarassed Actually realised I had seen some of series 3 (well the second episode), I thought the name sounded familiar Thinking

Anyhoo couldn't find sources for the other episodes so I've moved onto series 4 on the iPlayer, the first episode only has a day left so get in there whilst you can https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b05p650r/episodes/player (like Dark Mirror they're all stand-alone episodes).

Just finished off watching Peaky Blinders

Awesome series, gutted to have to wait over a year for the next series. Very well made, especially for the BEEB.

Currently watching The Punisher

Only 1 series of this released so far, i got 2 episodes left to watch, Shane from the walking dead is the main character who plays it really well. Worth a watch

Just started "The Good Doctor" though it's taking me a while to get past Norman Bates meets Shelden Cooper in a Jekyll and Mister Hide medley, two episodes in and it is showing promise.

Series two of Designated Survivor,, episode 1 and it seems to be turning into West Wing Confused

Yeah, it seems to be building up to something huge at the moment with a lot of potential storylines to bind together. Some really heart braking moments though.

Done season 2 of The Good Place. Gentle but I'm enjoying it.

Right, onto Altered Carbon then....

Peaky Blinders is probably my favorite current show but if you're in to gangster shows... Boardwalk Empire was superb. Highly recommend watching it.

Both great choices.
Boardwalk Empire is highly underrated, the casting alone is superb.

Like both so far, only seen first episode of each.

Prepare for disappointment, I'm afraid Sad.

I’m a Star Trek fan and thought The Orville was just going to be a parody, but it’s almost a serious sci-fi show at times and very enjoyable Cool

The times being first the episode or two? Razz
Though, I suppose alas it does have similarities to Star Trek.

Currently:
Taken Series 2 - started with promise, but third and fourth episodes heading towards the new McGyver Sad.

First episode of counterpart - very good so far. Kinda a mix of The Merchant Princess with SS-GB
