6 points on my provisionl licence- what happens?

right, ive got 6 points on my provisional licence, what id like to know is:
Can i keep on riding with 6 points or will my licence be revoked? If it does get revoked, what will i have to do to get it back again?

hey man you aint banned until you got 12. So just hold tight and try not to get another 6

Not quite right.

Yeah, Ignore Hardball. He is only right if you intend to retain your provisional forever and not apply for a car or bike test.

12 points on a provisional normally means a ban. 12 points on a full licence, after probationary period normally means a ban (unless you have extenuating circumstances).

6 points, pass car or bike test, enter 2 year probationary period and just one more point means you win yourself a bicycle.
