hi there peeps im really having trouble with my new pit bike i just bought and i really could do with some help?

anyway its a lifan 125 pit bike and the lad i bought it off assured me it only needed a new spark plug and ht lead so i went out and bought them the day after and fitted them too... tried kicking it over and a little cough but nothing near starting, so i tryed bumping it and it started Very Happy went round the block and cut out Sad so i tried again and again a few little cough's, so i took the spark plug out and kicked it over and not even a faint spark Confused i took the spark plug cap off the ht lead and put my finger on the electroid... (mad i know but oh well) anyway kicked it over and i felt the faintest little tingle... i thought to myself no way this could generate a spark! please help feeling well gutted and out of pocket Crying or Very sad lol

New coil, unless of course it's fouled out of it's head, which you didn't mention so I'm guessing it isn't, buy a coil!
