my kmx125 2t starts first kick without choke no matter how long i leave it standing which i cant complain about. on the other hand, its really difficult to start once ive been riding it even for 2mins.
when kicking it over warm, i have to crack the throttle just at the right time to fire her up if not it wont start. the bike idles perfect and rides great over 4000k rev but under that its a touch juddery but keeps persistant speed and revs. it feels like someone is tugging it with a rope spasmodically and does get quite annoying when driving in traffic. ive ordered a new plug and i know for sure fuel is getting through so im presuming jetting. while im on the subject, my carb pukes fuel out of the overflow pipe when the bike is left standing but not as soon as i stop, i always shut the fuel off a few seconds before i get to where im going to try and emptie the float bowl a touch to stop it but it doesnt help. i have adjusted the floats twice which made no difference

anyone ever come across a similar problem and managed to fix it?

Had the same problem on my Speedfight 100, 99% certain it's the carb. Is it ticking over violently or gently? Are the plugs fouling at all?

I believe it sorted itself out when I put a k+n air filter on
