hi this is my first post on this site ,ive got an on going problem with my tzr 125 (nothing a can of petrol and a match wont sort im sure !) it starts and revs up but as soon as the revs drop below about 3000rpm it wont rev back up ive tryed most things i can think of ,cleaned out tank fresh petrol, different carb and also tryed new jets etc ,its also just had a fresh rebore ,new plug and coil etc ,ive visually checked the reed valve it looks ok but its the first one ive looked at so im not an expert ,im thinking it may be an electical fault ,can anyone tell me if a fault with the cdi unit could cause a fault like this ? and would it be worth changing the reed valve just to be sure ,if not a may try the petrol and match method !

any advise would help ! thanks

Forgive my failing memory - is this the TZR with the exhaust valve? If so, it's stuck!

Thanks for replies, hasn't run since rebore, wasn't running properly before rebore. nothing has changed with rebore. Tried exhaust valve open and closed.

This is a video of it running.
