Another problem now removed spark plugs 3 came out easy like they should but the fourth as obviously been cross threaded when it was put in so now my thread on the head is mega shagged. So it needs a helicoil putting in. Can u buy just the right size kit I need for the spark plug ?? Cheers sean

If it was cross-threaded it wouldn't have gone all the way in. More likely it's picked up and tore the thread. Might have been that a turn or two of thread was exposed on the end of the plug and that has gone rusty/got carbon build-up.

Which is why I say cleaning the thread may just do the job.

If the thread was completely gone you would probably be able to get the plug in.
