hi all i cleaned my carb when i first got in any way there is some wires going to it and apparently its a carb heater.

now i know what it is for but dose this thing know when to come on or do i have to do something and is there a way to see if its working can i put a multimeter on on start up or dose it have to be cold before it comes on,
its a cg125 2001 it has kick and push starter Thumbs Up

no not concerned just did not want to set off in the cold and i get carb icing thanks for the reply though
