Does anybody know how to put the Suzuki gsf650 k6 front downpipe together? I've bought a new one and hoped that it would come in one piece, but instead I got 5 pipes, screws and a tube of some kind of gel without a single word on it, plus no paper, no instructions of any kind at all.
Any help?

Usually pretty easy, get your link pipe lined up so it's in it's right position and you know where the downpipe holes are orientated. Then get your downpipes and work out which fits which exhaust port and lines up to the linkpipe, it's usually pretty obvious once you've started.
Get everything put together loosely including the can then tighten it all up starting at the headers and working back....job done

Use the gel stuff where the downpipes join the linkpipe and if you haven't got them get 4 new header gaskets for the exhaust ports, you might get away with the old ones but they're new pipes and might not seal right. Make sure you dig out all the old gasket if you do replace them.f
