Peugeot Speedfight 2 Problems

Hi Everyone....
I'v just bought a speedfight 2 50cc 06 plate and there are a few problems with it and would appreciate any help or advice :

When pulling away it takes 5-6 seconds of full throttle to make it move,and even when it does its very slow and slugish,

When it starts to pick up speed it very quickly reverts back to very slow and slugish ,

There is a very suspect rattle when at high revs,

Hardly responsive.

Please can someone help me out........its doing my head in lol.

sounds like something in the drive system, check the rollers, variator, belt and centrifugal clutch

Cheers for the reply mate.......

Its got a brand new belt and brand new rollers........ill be honest,im not all that clued up on peds,thow iv changed the plug and cleaned the carb aswell as the belt and rollers.....how would i check to see if the cluch is ok??
