just picked up a cb125rs 1983 i think for a project but it is missing the ballast resistor. i have trawled all over different forums trying to find where i can get one from but with no luck whatso ever.. does anyone know how i could by pass this or does anyone know of ballast resisore from another bike that would work

Hi, I believe the engine was also used in the XLR 125, so its very likely to have the same ballast resistor. Try david Silver, I'm sure they could clarify.

Great little bike the RS, now getting rare.
