The wife just picked up a ready bed for the daughter off a car boot, unfortunately it didn't come with a pump and the valve doesn't look like any I've seen before. Does anybody know where to get a replacement pump, or and adapter as google hasn't turned up much and from the pics on Halfords web site it doesn't look like their inflator would be much good either! From google it seems to be called a one touch valve but thats all I've got at the moment!

definitely not a smaller cap on this bed, the cap is just one piece checked it thoroughly. Guess I'll just have to stick with blowing it up manually. Thanks any way

How are you going to blow it up manually if that huge hole is the only one it has, it'd deflate as soon as you remove your mouth and put cap on, plus you'd never get anything like enough pressure into it via a giant hole. Are you sure it doesn't have a small hole with a wedge plug in like a normal air bed, you just stick a conical pump adaptor in.

Look for another cap somewhere else on the bed, a lot of them come with two separate ones. I've never seen a bed with only the one big cap.

Checked the whole bed from the advert pictures they seem to come with a battery powered inflator that screws into big hole.

There is a thin flap with a raised red bit on it (you should be able to make it out it the pic). As you exhale the flap is pushed open, a inhale at the end of the breath closes it and keeps the air in the bed.

cheers mad4it028, but ended up blowing it up manually, very light headed afterwards so definatly investing in a pump for future trips!
