DRZ Losing petrol through needle valve thus overflow?

I have had loads of probs with this Mikuni carb including diaphram, flat spot and leaking fuel through the needle valve.

Anyway I have solved most problems but I am still leaking fuel out of the overflow.

My question is I have heard this is common problem with this model and wondering if there are any solutions like kits you can buy including needle valve seat and O ring. No matter how higher I lift the float I am still loosing fuel.

You can get needle valves and other bits/kits from either
https://www.nrp-carbs.co.uk/index.htm or https://www.allensperformance.co.uk/
Give either a ring and they should be able to sort you out with whatever you need to solve it if there is a known "problem" with that particular carb.

Cheers, Looks like I have solved the problem for the time being, had to sand down the edges of the needle valve and change the valve seat O ring. (Nightmare!)
