Question about exhaust clamps?

I have two exhausts, the clamp for the standard one when tight is screwed together as tight as it can go but is insufficiently tight enough because gases are still leaking.
The other exhaust I use is just an end can held on with two springs, I use a jubilee clip to prevent gases from leaking but it just isn’t good enough.
What I am looking for is somewhere that sells robust jubilee style clips but which are tightened with nuts and bolts as opposed to being tightened by a screw driver.
Different diameters ETC.

They're called slip on exhaust clamps (at least, thats what I call them!) and you can get them pretty cheap off ebay. This seller has a few different sizes for sale:

Just look on Ebay or google for 'mikalor' clamp

The number 2 clamps have a stainless band, the number 4 clamps are more expensive but everything is stainless.

you could always stick a collar under the one that won't close up enough, and use a bit of Hi Temp RTV but Jubilee Clips aren't really any use for exhausts.
