They're called slip on exhaust clamps (at least, thats what I call them!) and you can get them pretty cheap off ebay. This seller has a few different sizes for sale:

Just look on Ebay or google for 'mikalor' clamp

The number 2 clamps have a stainless band, the number 4 clamps are more expensive but everything is stainless.
