Hi All,
Just a quick one really, is this all hear say or a fact that come 2013 the rules will change?
Can anyone offer any links from Direct Gov or anything else that backs this up?
I know this has been all over the forum so apologies for resposting the topic, but I just wanted an official yes/no and any dates when it'll come in to play.

DON'T WE ALL!
Situation is NO-ONE knows, no dates exist, and the Gov't are keeping 'shtumm', we presume to ambush us at the last moment, insisting its an EU requirement, and whatever they put on the table, as a fete acomplis, is immutable.
ALL we know for sure is what the EU 3rd Directive requires, vis stepped licencing, and DAS style testing, and that we have to have laws in force to comply with it by Jan 2013....
NOW you know as much as any-one else outside Whitehall, and probably more than most within it!
