Trying to instal the injector rail, the component i have highlighted in the photo should be in the vertical plane when the rail is installed, but it sits horizontally, now without using brute force and ignorance how do i make it sit vertically.

Unplug it from the black injector top on the right and turn it around one or two flats of the hex.

Couple of things to remember about fitting injectors on the 'busa:

1. the fat black rubber washers usually come out stuck to the bottom of the injectors. Remove them, apply a liitle vaseline, fit into the holes in the throttle bodies or you'll have a devil of a job getting the injectors back in.

2. When fitting the rail assembly, apply vaseline to all of the ends of the connector tubes and injector o-rings or you'll shave the edge off the o-rings and cause a leak. fit all of the tops together and fit them all onto the injectors together as a complete rail or you won't get the last one on.
