Throwing this out to the BCF film experts, details are a bit sketchy.....
Basic plot was a family vehicle (think it was a motorhome) breaking down in a 'no-go' gangland area (think it was LA). Whilst trying to get it repaired/towed the vehicle gets attacked/sieged by the local gang.
Probably came out in the late 90s(ish).
