Should spell clutch Smile

Anyone know how to remove this as it just wont budge. I have removed the circlip and it rocks side to side a little but just wont budge?

Do you mean remove the clutch it'self?

Take a picture what your trying to remove or better still a video would be nice Thumbs Up

Think you may need a specilist tool Thumbs Up

I have took the clutch out its the basket that needs to come out and its not connected to anything but just wont budge?

They are usually held in place by a great big nut with a tabbed washer in the middle of the basket. I've never seen one attached by a circlip. That's proabbly something to do with the kickstart pawl.

Hard to be specific because I'm not all that familiar with your bike but most Japanese manufacturers do it the same way. They are a sod to undo becasue they are attached to a rotating shaft and are done up VERY tight. You usually need a special tool to lock up the clutch or an air impact wrench to get them off.

EDIT: It's sometimes a castelated nut which needs a special tool to undo it.

Done it and it was a little circlip that I did not see so I removed that and the whole thing came of easy.

Cant remove the magneto thing on the other side so going to a bike shop tomorow to see if they got a puller to do it.

I then just got to crack the case and im in Smile
